| 摘 要： | 运用定性和定量相结合的方法，对运动员跨化适应能力评估体系进行研究，发现运动员跨化适应能力可分为心理适应能力和社会化适应能力。通过专家征询表的统计结果来看，运动员的自我效能与自信心、应对策略和个性特征是影响心理适应能力的主要因素；而对生活环境、行为规范、交往、社会支持和服务模式等的适应能力是影响运动员社会化适应能力的主要因素。此外，还为运动员跨化适应能力的评估提供了一种新的思路和工具。 |

| Abstract: | Quantitative and qualitative methods were used to study the evaluation system of the athletes' cross-cultural adaptability that could be divided into psychological and social-cultural ones.From the statistic results of expert consulting tables,it was found that the athletes' self-efficiency,confidence,repartee strategies,and personality were the main factors influencing their psychological adaptability.And their adaptability to the living circumstances,behavioral norms,association,social support,and serving modes etc. were the main factors influencing the athletes' socio-cultural adaptability. |
