杨树产脂内生真菌种子培养条件的优化

摘    要:实验以杨树中的产脂内生真菌为出发菌株,以PDA培养基为种子培养基,探索了不同的碳源、氮源、无机盐、pH值和装液量等参数对产脂内生真菌种子培养的影响.实验确定最佳工艺参数为:碳源为4%,氮源为0.5%,KH2PO4为0.4%,MgSO4为0.2%,pH值为5.5,装液量为50%.在上述条件下,菌种量都最先进入稳定期.

Abstract:Taking the experimental production of poplar in the resin as the starting strain of endophyte to PDA medium for seed culture medium,the present study is to explore different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic salts,pH value and liquid lipid parameters such as endophytic fungi on the production of seed cultivation.It was determined that the optimum process parameters included 4% of carbon source,0.5% of nitrogen source,0.4% of KH2PO4,0.2% of MgSO4,pH value of 5.5,and 50% of medium volume.Under these conditions,the strain capacity was the first to enter the state of stability.
