保持珠三角地区民工队伍稳定性的经济分析

珠三角地区“民工慌与民工荒”的交替出现，严重地影响到该地区经济发展。造成民工供给对经济变化敏感的根本原因在于民工务工收益增长的幅度低于务工成本增长幅度，使得民工供给长期处于鞍点均衡状态，从而造成了民工供给不稳定。因此，要在珠三角地区保持一支稳定的民工队伍就需要提高民工务工收益、降低务工成本，减少民工供给对经济变化的敏感性。

The Economic Analysis of Migrant Workers'Stability in the Pearl River Delta

The alternation between oversupply and short age of migrant workers has posed serious adverse influence on the economic development in the Pearl River Delta. This study indicates that the over-sensitivity of the supply in migrant workers resulted from the fact that the increase in migrant workers＇ return from employment was outpaced by the growth in the costs for them to get employed, leaving the migrant workers supply in saddle point equilibrium. Therefore the key to maintaining a stable force of migrant workers and reducing the sensitivity of migrant worker supply towards fluctuation in economic situation lies in increase of workers＇ return from employment and reduction in their employment-related costs.
