| 摘 要： | 在当前高职教育中，法制教育的实效性不强，这与建设社会主义法治社会和发展职业教育不相适应。因此分析高职院校法制教育现状，寻求加强其实效性的最佳途径是法制教育在新时期确定它应有地位和发挥它独特作用的必然选择。
