| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国是一个以义务本位为主的国家,对公民的权利,尤其是犯罪嫌疑人的权利没有给予足够的重视,由此出现了种种诸如刑讯逼供,超期羁押等问题,本文将着重从刑讯逼供的危害探讨犯罪嫌疑人之保护。
