The Action of the Need of Politics on the Development of Science & Technology

Although both the inner factors and the outer factors have shaped the development of science & technology, the political need ,as a kind of outer factors, has had overwhelmed influence on the development of science and technology. This article discusses four areas that the political need has affected .They are: the promotion of the ante-science birth ,the acceleration of the science & technology's development, and the stimulation of the revolution formation and the transition of the science & technology center. It also discusses from what we can learn for today's activities.
