从葭芦寨到晋宁军--宋金河东堡寨典型个案研究

葭芦寨的进筑是宋神宗年间“占尽山界”，构建横山屏障的重要环节。元丰五年（1082），鄜延路经略司从西夏手中夺取葭芦岩并修建为寨。由于该寨孤悬敌境，粮饷转运困难，而在元祐年间（1089）经朝臣辩论，议定与其他三寨一并归还于西夏，换取俘虏。绍圣四年（1097），该寨为北宋所夺回，并再度进筑。为便于保护葭芦寨及其周边耕地，联通河东路与鄜延路、麟府路的联系，北宋在葭芦寨周边另外修筑了数座堡寨，并在元符二年（1099）升葭芦寨为晋宁军，领县二、堡寨十座。皇统二年（1142），金军攻克晋宁军，并先后将其改为晋宁州、葭州。金末，有着关陕门户地位的葭州战火不断，最终被蒙古攻克。

A Research on the Jialu Fortress and Jinning Jun During Song and Jin Dynasty

The Jialu fortress is a key part of the barrier system in Hengshan Mountain. It was built by Fuyan-lu tactical military commissioners in 1082. Since that fortress was built in the Xixia ’s territory, the Song Dynasty had to station large forces, and it caused a shortage of forage. In 1089, after a heated debate, Song Dynasty decided to return this fortress to Xixia. However, in 1097, the Jialu fortress was once again recapture of the Northern Song Dynasty. In order to shield Jialu fortress and some farmland around it, and linked the other cities with its surroundings, Song Dynasty built a series of fortress. In 1099, Jialu fortress upgraded to Jinning Jun, dominated 8 fortresses and 2 counties. In 1142, Jinning Jun was seized by Jin Dynasty, and Jin Dynasty has changed it to Jinning Zhou and Jia Zhou. In the late Jin Dynasty, Jia Zhou was in war all the year round, and was conquered by Mongolian Empire at last.
