| 摘 要： | 民族传统节日中开展的体育活动和相关仪式,是民族传统文化的重要组成部分。传统节日体育活动形式与宗教、祭祀、庆典、聚会有着密切的关系,反映了人们祈求风调雨顺、五谷丰登;重视个体生命、追求延年益寿;敬神畏鬼、辟邪驱疫和重视生育、渴求情爱的民族心理和意识,展示了中华民族深厚的文化内涵和民族精神。

| Abstract: | The folk games and some ceremonies in Chinese national traditional festival,is an important part of national cultures.All of the folk games have something to do with religions,sacrifices and celebrations.In the festival,people pray for abundant grain and good healthy,keep off veils and eager for love.reflecting the national mentality and unique culture. |
