OAIS研究及对我国电子文件管理的启示

运用文献调研、比较研究等方法，从功能模型、信息模型等方面分析国内外OAIS研究的现状，指出OAIS与电子文件全生命周期管理的目的是一致的，将OAIS引入到电子文件管理项目开发方法论中，拓展对OAIS功能模型、信息模型等内容的研究，进一步构建基于OAIS的可信电子文件管理项目框架体系，满足电子文件全生命周期管理的需要。

Inspiration of OAIS Study for Chinese Electronic Record Management

As an international standard for long-term preservation of digital information,OAIS has been studied in-depth in foreign countries.Review of its research status will contribute to the design and development of electronic record management system.By the research methods such as literature survey and comparative study,the paper discusses the study status of information model and functional model of OAIS,presents that the purpose of electronic record lifecycle management is consistent with that of OAIS,and draws a conclusion that we should introduce OAIS to the electronic document management project development methodology,expand the research of OAIS functional model and information model,and further construct the trusted electronic record management system framework based on OAIS,to meet the needs of full life-cycle management of electronic record.
