| 摘 要： | 校地合作既是学校开放办学的一种新的教育理念,也是一种办学模式,目的是为了处理好学校发展与地方政府、学校与市场的关系,从而为自己赢得更大的生存和发展空间。池州学院与池州市实施合作共建是新时期高校实现跨越发展的必由之路。地方政府对区域范围内院校发展的保障、监督和宏观调控作用,是院校发展的外部条件和必要条件。高校将科技成果转化为现实生产力,带动地方经济发展,培育地方新的经济增长点。池州学院在认真研究办学定位的基础上,提出了立足地方,融入地方,服务地方,回报地方,创新发展,走校市合作,共建双赢之路。
