| 摘 要： | 在江浙铁路风潮中，绅商代表入京是官商矛盾得到缓解的转折点。代表入京前后态度的变化，是江浙绅商排拒外债、自办铁路所面临的困境的真实体现。江浙铁路风潮充分表现了文明排外的巨大声势，同时也暴露了经济民族主义的双重性，一是形式上过于偏执，二是本质上存在着潜在的妥协倾向。

| Abstract: | During the Jiangsu-Zhejiang railway unrest, the gentry merchant representatives entering Beljing was a turning point in the conflict alleviation between the government and merchants. The change of the representatives＇ attitude around entering Beijing was a true embodiment of the bewilderment confronting Jiangsu-Zhejlang gentry merchants who resisted the foreign loan and insisted on building the railway on their own. The Jiangsu-Zhejiang railway unrest has fully demonstrated tremendous momentum of civilized antiforeign force and simultaneously exposes the dual characters of economic nationalism：one is stubbornly biased in form, the other is that it has potential compromising tendencies in essence. |
