| 摘 要： | 本文首先通过对我国债券市场新发展的简述，研究了发展我国地方政府债券的可行性，继而分析目前我国发行地方公债可能存在的问题和隐藏的风险，提出发展我国地方政府债券的对策和建议，以期促进我国政府债券市场合理、有序、健康的发展。
