| Abstract: | This paper in concerned with The Stability and Growth Pact and investigate the effects of the fiscal rules in the Pact.According to the strict standards in the Pact,there is no much room for the national government to cope with the economy.We analyse the four aspects,such as budgetary flexibility,asymmetrically work,political motive and public investment.And we discuss with these aspects and give some possible solutions. |
