高新技术企业人才流动及对策

摘    要:采用问卷调查的方式对IY这一典型的高科技企业进行进行人才流动调查,得出高新技术企业人才流动一般性的原因:追求自身价值的实现;追求工资待遇;分配不公;工作氛围,人际关系不理想。继而分析人才流失对企业的影响:使企业承担重置成本;无形资产流失;减弱企业凝聚力和员工士气。最后提出高科技企业如何应对人才流动:注重人才储备,防止人才流失所带来的风险;制订法规,加强管理,防止人才流失引起的技术流失和市场损失;创新激励机制,吸引和留住人才。

Abstract:This article is about personnel flow and how to deal with the problem. Based on a questionnairesurvey, it comes to some common causes of personnel flow: promotion, salary, working environment, relations with colleagues. Then, it discusses the hazards of the problem: replacement cost, intangible assets loss and cohesive force loss. Lastly, it gives some suggestions: pay more attention to reserve of talents, make regulations to protect the trade secrets, establish incentive mechanism to encourage the talents.
