普通高等学校与高等体育院校高水平运动员训练与文化教育资源利用的探讨

运用文献资料法对普通高等学校和原国家体育总局直属体育学院、省属体育学院在“体教结合”中的定位与作用进行探讨。结果表明,目前,主要有3种依托高校培养优秀运动员的模式;高校培养优秀运动员,至少在3个基本方面创造必要的条件;高等体育院校拥有门类比较齐全的体育学科和大量从事科学选材、竞技能力状态诊断、心理训练与咨询、运动营养和恢复等方面训练保障工作的科技人员与基础设施条件。要发挥普通高等学校和体育院校各自优势,合理布局体育学院开展的运动项目,并在“体教结合”基础上开展“教教结合”,发挥体育院校的体育科技和后勤保障优势。

Utilization of Training and Academic Resources for the Development of Elite Athletes in Different Universities

Based on the method of documentation,the paper studies the positions and roles of different universities in bringing up elite athletes.The result shows that there are three modes and three essential requirements for the universities to foster elite athletes.The institutes of physical education have advantages in sport scientific research,talent selection,diagnosis on competitive ability,psychological training and consultation,nutrition,rehabilitation,etc.The advantages of different universities should be brought into full play.
