| Abstract: | This paper expresses and analyses eight theoretical problems relating to Chinese capability teaching,such as position of Chinese,linguistics and social change,Chinese capability and oral expression,scientific research achievement and social practice,language permeation and integration,the relationship between foreign language and mother tongue,cultivation for capability of listening,speaking,reading and writing,language operator should update the notion and so on. |
