| 摘 要： | 省级骨干教师专业培训师资的质量直接影响着培训的质量，因此在专业培训师资的构建上要做到有针对性和层次性，培训师资的构建应该是动态的和可持续发展的。在专业培训师资的利用上要多样化，注重师生互动、学员互动。重点探讨了“科研促学”和“学员专题发言”这两种方式。
