| 摘 要： | 国外校企合作中的学生角色转变模式,分为以学校为主体的“学生→学徒→学生”和以企业为主体的“学徒→学生→学徒”两种类型;从校企合作的模式、制度保障、资金保障等方面,论述了国外职业教育中加快学生角色转变的运行机制。

| Abstract: | The role transition model is divided two categories: one is school-oriented "students-trainees-students" model;the other one is enterprise-oriented "trainees-students-trainees" model.This paper explains the working system about how to fasten model transition of students in vovational education abroad from the aspects of cooperation model,system insturance,capital insurance and so on. |
