| 摘 要： | 义务教育阶段的课程标准已经开始实施．在实施过程也出现了不少问题。为了更好地贯彻实施义务教育阶段课程标准必须处理好一些关系如必须改革教学评价体系。同时必须加大对教师培训的力度，切实改变教师的教育理念、教学观念．教师积极参与新课程标准的实施，全面提高基础教育的质量。

| Abstract: | The curriculum standards in the phase of compulsory education have begun to be adopted, but some
prohlems have grown out of it. In order to improve the task, it ?s necessary to hamonize some relations such as to
reform the evaluation system in teaching. Meanwhile, we should intensify the work of teachers'training and improve
their teaching ideas. Teachers must also take an active part in the implementation of the new curriculum standards so as
to improve the educational quality in an all-round way. |
