| 摘 要： | 思想政治理论课教师是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的主要力量,只有通过提高自身的教学能力。增强思想政治理论课的吸引力争时效性,才能使思想政治理论课成为提升理想、铸塑信惫的思想政治理论课。文章从真、实、活、行四个方面阐述思想政治理论课教师亟待提高的主要教学能力。
