| 摘 要： | 分析了新形势下重庆市高校的体育物质环境，认为当前重庆市高校体育物质环境已不能适应21世纪高校体育新的需要。重庆市高校体育有关人员应当深刻了解、认识这种变化，积极改革、适应这种变化，并提出了新的体育物质环境发展理念和新的操作方法。

| Abstract: | It was found that material conditions in colleges were not able to satisfy the sports needs in the reform era through analysis of material conditions in Chongqing sports colleges. It was pointed out that the faculty should be aware of the change and reform actively. This paper also put forward new development idea and new operation method. |
