我看我国的考试立法

随着我国考试种类的增多、考试规模的扩大和考试问题的难以避免,依法办考、依法治考等问题日渐突出。尤其是科学技术和信息技术的快速发展,在提升考试管理工作效率的同时,也带来了考试保密的难度问题。因此,国家考试立法迫在眉睫。

On China's Examination Legislation

With the increasing types,larger scales,and the unavoidable problems of China's examina- tions,the issue of organizing and governing the examination has become increasingly prominent.Meanwhile, when the rapid development of science and technology improves the managerial efficiency of examination,it causes the problem of confidentiality of the examination.Therefore,it is urgent to launch the national exam- ination legislation work.
