| Abstract: | Experience has been paid much attention and admired in adult learning and it has the educational philosophy,psychology and andragogy theoretical support.Based on experience in practice people created the adult learning problem-based learning model,participation-in-learning model,context-based learning model and cooper- ative learning model.But there is still a lot of controversy about the nature,scope and the state of the experience. |
