| 摘 要： | 本文就砂型铸造时冲天炉生产孕育铸铁,对组织产生白口缺陷导致硬度高的原因进行了全面的分析;并针对相应情况,提出了具体的解决措施。在实际中得到了很好的效果,对现实生产有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes causes of the inoculated cast iron produced by sand mould which smelted in cupola,and reasons for chill defect leading to high-hardness;moreover,the corresponding countermeasures have been put forward to solve different problems.The measures are helpful in practical manufacturing. |
