公安院校警体课后整理活动功效的探索研究

公安院校在警体课后整理活动上普遍不重视，而整理活动又是警体课程的重要组成部分。良好的力量素质、柔韧素质既是警察体育课的训练基础，又是运动损伤预防的保障。通过实验表明，实验前两组力量素质水平、柔韧水平相当，实验后实验组比对照组力量、柔韧素质提高明显，运动疲劳监控指标合理，表明合理的警察体育课后整理活动在提高力量、柔韧素质和预防运动疲劳上发挥着重要作用。

Study on the after-school activities in police colleges

The study results show that the power quality and the flexibility level of the two groups before the experiment are the same. But after the experiment, the flexibility in the experimental group is improved and the quality of clear indicators of exercise - induced fatigue monitoring is reasonable. This shows that a reasonable PE education activities plays an important role in improving the strength, flexibility and in preventing exercise - induced fatigue.
