| Abstract: | The present-day college students' writing ability is analyzed by example.According to the second-language teaching theory and meta-cognition learning strategy,the process writing approach and vocabulary-learning strategy are proposed from the aspects of teaching and learning as the optimum strategies for improving students' writing ability. |
