摘    要:从人力资源管理原理和薪酬激励理论,以及高职院校教师劳动特点出发,高职院校人事分配制度改革中教师内在薪酬激励政策可以有:以"继续教育券"为手段实行"能本加人本"激励;以教育教学及社会服务绩效为依据实行权变激励;以激发主观能动性为目的实行优势需求激励。

Abstract:This paper aims to study the issue of intrinsic compensation in higher vocational colleges in accordance with the characteristics of the work of college teachers within the framework of human resource management theories and theories of compensation incentive,and to put forward suggestions for the intrinsic compensation to teachers in the reform of personnel and distribution system in higher vocational colleges:Implement the "human-oriented and ability-oriented"policies when distributing the opportunities of continuing education;Implement the"contingency incentive"policy when assessing teachers’teaching performance and social service;Implement the"preferential need incentive"policy to boost teachers’morale.
