| 摘 要： | 为了教师的成长,我们确立了“校本教师教育”的概念和制度,以及“教师第一”“校长是校本教师教育的第一责任人”的理念;并提出校本教师教育要按“学习、反思、交流、研究、实践”等五种方式促进教师的成长。

| Abstract: | Based on teachers development,we establish the concepts and systems ofschool-based education of teachers,teachers first and schoolmaster is the first responsible person.We also put forward five ways to im- prove teachers'development.They are study,reflection,communication,research and practice. |
