摘    要:论述了有效开展园本教研的一些具体做法,认为转变教研员角色及教研方式,提高自身专业素养,是发挥引领作用的前提;满足教师研究的需求,培养反思型教师,提高教师的教科研水平,是提高园本教研质量的关键;强化课题研究过程的管理,帮助教师成为教学研究的主体,发挥实验园的示范作用,是提高园本教研质量的保证;以课题为载体,充分发挥教研员的专业引领作用,是提高园本教研实效性的策略。

Abstract:Strategies to improve the effectiveness of kindergarten-based teaching and research are presented. The premise is for the experts to perfect themselves, change their roles and approaches to teaching and research; the key is to meet the needs of teachers to do research, to cultivate reflective teachers and thus to improve their teaching and research ability; the guarantee is to strengthen the management of the research process, to help teachers become the ones to carry out the teaching and research, and to make full use of the exemplary role of experimental kindergartens; the strategy is to play the leading role of the experts to the full .
