| 摘 要： | 法学专业毕业生就业问题突出,一方面法学专业毕业生就业率跌入谷底,另一方面法学教育不能满足社会对法律人才的需求,这个矛盾反映了我国法学教育中存在着发展过速、层次混乱、毕业生素质差异较大、对学生实践能力和综合素质培养不足、缺乏就业目标导向等不利于学生就业的问题。为了解决法学专业毕业生就业问题,高等院校应当坚持以就业促发展的教育理念,从招生入手,通过有效改革提高教育质量,同时加强对学生进行全程、全面的就业指导。
