| Abstract: | To creat effective mode of teaching and reseaclfing in the kingdergarten is to reform and creat greatly on the basis of the former mode. Various modes of teaching and researching should be designed in order to make the teachers learn the new and pleasing feelings through distinct mode. It also makes the teachers achieve satisfaction and success. |
