| 摘 要： | 一个国家可以划分为若干区域,各区域在经济发展过程中存在自然条件、自然资源、要素禀赋、历史发展基础、社会人文条件等各方面的差异。区域之间既然存在差异,就一定具有某些优势和劣势。根据比较优势理论,客观地分析、论证各地区的比较优势,是国家制定区域经济发展、经济布局政策的基本依据,也是各地区制定正确的产业政策、发展战略,实现区域经济健康、协调发展的主要前提。

| Abstract: | One country could be divided into several regions and different regions have its own natural condition,natural resource,element and historical development basic,social humanities terms…etc.Since many discrepancies have been existed in different regions,that means these regions might have some advantages and inferior position.According to comparison of advantage theory,external analysis,demonstrating different region's comparison of advantage,which is basic for our country formulating regional economic development and economic layout policy,also is main precondition for different regions formulating correct industry policy and developed stratagem to realize regional economic exuberance and harmonized development. |
