| 摘 要： | 截省句是一种普遍存在于自然语言中的省略结构。对英语截省句的生成机制的解释，主要有两种途径：PF删略法和LF复制法。在回顾了两种解释机制各自的优势和不足之后，文章认为PF删略法比LF复制法具有更强的解释力。此外，把两种机制结合起来也是一种可行的研究思路。

| Abstract: | Sluicing is a cross-linguistically widespread elliptical construction.The two dominant approaches to the derivation of Sluicing in English,PF Deletion and LF Copying,have some advantages and defects respectively.The paper argues that PF Deletion is superior to LF Copying in accounting for various examples.Finally,the paper discusses the feasibility of combining these two approaches. |
