| 摘 要： | 传统工艺美术行业从业人员存在学历水平普遍偏低的特殊性,这使得对其继续教育尤为紧迫和重要。高等美术院校有着人才和学术优势,可承担行业的继续教育和培训任务。文章主要从理论和实践两个方面对传统工艺美术行业的继续教育问题进行了初步探索。
