高校教师资源开发利用机制探析

摘    要:新中国成立以来,特别是改革开放以来,我国高校的人才队伍不断壮大,初步形成了一支规模适当、学科齐全、整体实力不断增强的高校教师队伍,特别是近几年来高校教师队伍建设工作取得了新的进展和成就。但是在发展的过程中还存在许多制约因素。在高校师资开发特殊性的基础之上,对其制约因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的理论对策与建议。

Abstract:Since 1949,especially after the adoption of the reform and opening-up policy,the body of university teachers of this country has been strengthened,which is characterized by appropriate scope,diverse disciplines,and the constantly strengthening capacity.The construction of teaching body has made new progress and achievement in recent years although there are a lot of restrictions in the course of development.This paper analyses these factors on the basis of the particularity of teachers' exploitation,and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
