| 摘 要： | 铁路作为近代最具革命性的交通工具，在近代中国的命运非同寻常。清政府的路权政策有利于帝国主义利用路权、债权对中国进行侵略，因而激化民族矛盾，最终成为爆发辛亥革命的导火线。
