| 摘 要： | 供应商对主机厂的生产材料交付是SCM环节中极其重要的一环,目前在中国的汽车行业,尚没有一套比较完善、先进的统一管理平台,通过在实际工作中的摸索与研究、参考先进国家本行业现状,试图提出一套较符合国情的方案,实现主机厂和供应商的双赢。

| Abstract: | Production materials' delivery from OEM suppliers is an extremely important part of SCM.China's auto industry does not have a perfect and advanced management platform.Through exploration and research with reference to the status quo of the industry in advanced countries,this paper attempts to set a platform for the program in line with national conditions in this industry,to realize win-win between OEMs and suppliers. |
