| 摘 要： | 学术期刊作为学术作品发表的平台和传播学术思想的媒介,在其出版和传播的过程中涉及广泛的著作权问题,因此,按照著作权法及相关法律法规的规定来遵守和维护著作权是学术期刊需要认真对待的重要问题,学术期刊理应成为遵守和维护著作权的楷模。

| Abstract: | Acting as a platform for academic publications and a medium for academic thought transmission,academic journals have encountered extensive copyright issues in the process of publication and dissemination.Therefore,an essential issue to be considered is that copyrights should be protected and maintained according to copyright laws and related legislation and regulations.Academic journals are supposed to set an example for the protection and maintenance of copyrights. |
