摘    要:高校课程内部要素主要包括学科、专业、课程内容、教师和学生等,它们是高校课程系统的核心因子。这些要素既自成体系又相互制约,它们之间的协同或竞争使得高校课程系统成为一个开放的有机整体。本文从自组织理论的视角,对高校课程系统要素间的作用加以分析,并阐述其自组织特性。
