| 摘 要： | 人的学习和成长过程是一个智力与非智力互相影响，而又以非智力因素起决定作用。英语教学的成败主要取决于学习者。学生的智力因素固然重要，而学生的非智力因素亦不容忽视。在英语教学中我们必须注重对学生的非智力因素的培养。
