| 摘 要： | 《盐铁论》是西汉时期汝南桓宽依据盐铁会议纪录编撰而成的一部政论集。关于此书写成的具体时间，史无明载，后人亦无明确意见。今以《盐铁论》与《史记》内有相似之外为线索，分析考辨出《盐铁论》是在盐铁会议后20年左右成的。

| Abstract: | Yan Tie Lun is a collection of political essays edited by Huan Kuan of Runan, Xi Han , based on the record of the Yan Tie Conference. Of the completion time of the collection, there is no definite record in history or definite account by later generations. I believe that it is completed about 20 years after the conference, taking the similarity between Yan Tie Lun and Shi Ji as the clue. |
