| 摘 要： | 培养精英人才是建设创新型国家的战略举措,本文分析了精英人才的内涵及其能力素质结构,通过国内外精英人才培养模式的比较,提出我国要培养精英人才尚需建立科学的生源选拔机制和能力考核评价体系;克服观念、资源及制度的制约,提供真正的学习自由;构建系统的工程实践体系,强化学生工程实践和创新创业能力培养。

| Abstract: | Mass elite training is a strategic step for building up innovative-oriented country. In analyses of connotation, ability and quality of elite, the author compares its training pattern home and abroad and puts forward the desirable mechanism for candidates' selection and the reasonable system for evaluation of aptitude. The paper then argues that the constraint of traditional views, resources and regulations should be eliminated in order to provide free learning atmosphere. The author finally points out that a systematic and practical engineering be constructed, meanwhile, the practical and career-oriented innovative abilities be strengthened. |
