摘    要:语文教学应在师生平等对话的过程中进行,平等首先体现在人格的平等上,其次体现在对文本解读的平等上。师生间的对话是相互作用的,在以学生为学习主人的前提下,老师应成为引导者、组织者、倾听者。学生在平等互动的对话式交流学习中体验到民主、尊重和理解。只有对话,才有体验;只有体验,才有生成;只有生成,才有发展。

Abstract:Chinese teaching should take place in the process of equal conversation between students and the teacher.Such conversation is interactive.The teacher should be an director as well as an organizer and a listener in students-centered teaching.The students should experience cooperative study in an atmosphere of democracy,equality,mutual-respect and mutual understanding.Only in this way can they study better and efficiently.
