论职业院校实训基地的建设

随着全国职业教育改革的不断深化,传统的职业院校教学模式正逐步向工学结合,以＂教学工厂＂为平台的人才培养模式转变。建设＂教学工厂＂这一平台,是保证人才培养模式发展和开展专业课程建设的根本保证。为此,实训基地的建设是构建＂教学工厂＂这一平台的核心环节。本文结合笔者自身的实训基地建设体会,对实训基地的建设工作进行了说明和阐述,争取为实训基地的建设工作开拓出一条新鲜的思路!

On the construction of vocational school training base

With the continuous deepening of the national reform of vocational education,the traditional teaching model vocational schools are gradually engineering combine in order to ＂teaching factory＂ as a platform for personnel training paradigm shift.The building of ＂teaching factory＂ of this platform is to ensure that training model to develop and carry out a fundamental guarantee for the construction of professional courses.To this end,training base of the building is to build ＂teaching factory＂ the core part of this platform.In this paper,its own training base construction experience,from the following four points of the training base of the building are described and elaborated to strive for the training base of the building and open up a fresh idea!
