| 摘 要： | 在新形势下,要更好地发挥思想政治工作的重要作用,就必须坚持把握好思想政治工作的的基本原则,即尊重人、物质鼓励和精神鼓励相结合、言教与身教相结合、经常性的普遍教育与个别教育相结合、解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合、说服教育和严格组织纪律相结合的原则。
