| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main factors that influence water resource balance between supply and demand in Xi'an, and the model in water resource balance of supply and demand built. The article anticipates the balance of supply and demand in 2020. and puts forward the relative means to achieve water resource balance of supply and demand in Xi'an. |
