| Abstract: | The core of the Three Nong is knowledge poverty. The key to solving this problem is to actualize knowledge assistant.Public libraries can widen the field of developing country economy and serving the changing type of country society and develop the service of free consultation and directional service in order to supply the peasants and the countries with knowledge assistance by finding out the peasants' knowledge requirement. |
