| 摘 要： | 高职教育经费保障应走“内涵式”与“外廷式”相结合的道路，尤其应注意现有经费的有效使用。通过扩大学校规模，引进目标成本管理，进行责任管理，减少管理层次等途径，实现校内经费的有效使用。
