| 摘 要： | 运用新自由主义国际关系理论学者约瑟夫.奈和罗伯特.基欧汉的＂权利与相互依赖＂理论对日本能源依赖的敏感性与脆弱性进行分析。通过分析得知,日本为应对能源依赖的敏感性与脆弱性,采取了能源结构多样化、进口地域多元化、完善储备制度的措施,对确保日本的能源安全取得了成效。

| Abstract: | With neoliberalism theory of international relations by Joseph S.Nye and power and interdependence theory by Robert O.Keohane,it discusses Japan’s dependence on foreign energy.It shows that Japan takes many measures to handle the sensibility and vulnerability： diversification of energy structure,pluralism of import regions and perfection of reservation system,achieving a lot in ensuring the energy security. |
