加强高校基层基础建设的若干思考

加强高校基层基础建设,必须强化党的领导,抓好基层党的宣传思想工作,构建政治领导的融入机制,积极履行监督职能,保证基层各项工作正确的政治方向;必须强化党员教育管理,及时调整和改进基层党组织设置,健全党的组织生活,加强党员管理,加强党内民主建设,不断增强党员发挥先锋模范作用的积极性;必须强化群众意识,改进思想政治工作,建立和完善师生意愿表达与利益协调机制,做好服务师生的工作,广泛凝聚各方面力量。

Some Thinking about Strengthening Basic Construction of Higher School Grass-roots Unit

In order to strengthen higher school grass-roots unit basic construction and ensure the correct political direction,we must strengthen the leadership of the Party,get hold of basic Party's propaganda work,set up a system of political leaders' entrancing,carry out supervision to be sure of all kinds of work in grass-roots unit toward.We must strengthen Party members' guidance,adjust and improve Party's basic organization in proper time,amplify Party's organization activities,improve Party members' management and democratic construction,and increase the sense of Party members' responsibility continuously.We must strengthen the awareness of respecting the ordinary citizens;improve ideological political work,set up the system of expressing their wills and coordinating their benefits for both teachers and students.It is also very necessary to serve teachers and students well and try to organize all forces extensively.
